The 2025 Off Broadway Alliance Awards took place on Tuesday, June 24th, 2025 at Sardi’s, honoring commercial and not-for-profit productions that opened Off Broadway during the 2024-2025 season. In each of the five categories, the winners are: All The World’s A Stage, Best New Musical; Becoming Eve, Best New Play; Hold On To Me Darling, Best Revival; Odd Man Out, Best Unique Theatrical Experience; and I’m Assuming You Know David Greenspan, Best Solo Performance.
In addition to the competitive awards, Legend of Off Broadway Awards were presented to David Greenspan and Scott Morfee for their extraordinary contributions over many years. William Finn, Morgan Jeness, and Linda Lavin were posthumously honored with induction into the Off Broadway Hall of Fame, and the Friend of Off Broadway Award was presented to theatre critic Helen Shaw for her passionate advocacy of Off Broadway over the past two decades.
